Accommodation

We are delighted to have exclusively reserved every room at the Borgo, meaning the whole venue will be ours for the weekend. We cannot wait to have everyone staying together and enjoying everything the Borgo has to offer, from lazy afternoons by the pool to breakfast together in the mornings.We are asking guests to pay for their rooms, although we have contributed towards the accommodation costs to help keep prices in check. You will shortly receive an email from us confirming your room and the amount payable.Please pay your deposit by 30 November 2026, with the final balance due by 30 April 2027. If you can aim to get to the villa by around 3 p.m. on Friday, that would be perfect. It gives everyone a chance to unpack, have a drink, and settle in before the evening welcome event.

Question 2

Travel & Transfers

Most guests will be flying into either Florence Airport (Peretola) or Pisa International Airport, both of which are well connected and within easy reach of Borgo Laticastelli.Florence is the closer option, about 1h20m drive from the villa, and the easiest choice if you can find a direct flight. Pisa is just under 2 hours away, which may open up more flight options. Either way, the journey through the Tuscan countryside is beautiful and straightforward.If you’re wondering whether you’ll need a car, the short answer is no. Once you arrive at the villa you won’t need to drive anywhere, as everything is on site. You can either hire a car for flexibility or share taxis with other guests arriving around the same time. Splitting the journey keeps the cost down, and both airports have plenty of reliable options just outside the terminal.The Borgo has ample parking for all guests.A quick note on flights:
June is a busy time in Tuscany, so flights to Florence and Pisa can fill up quickly. We'd recommend booking flights early before prices inevitably rise.

Dress Codes

You can find the full dress code and our mood boards here.For Friday evening, think linen shirts and linen dresses in the colours suggested!Saturday is black tie: black dinner jackets and black bow ties for gentlemen, and pastel-coloured dresses for ladies. And please, leave the white to the bride!We have also arranged discounts on black-tie hire if of interest. Keep in mind it can still be cheaper than to hire! You can find the details here.

Question 4

Children & Plus One's

Children are welcome, we simply ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to bring them. We are also exploring the possibility of providing on-site childcare during the wedding on Saturday. Please let us know if this would be of interest to you.As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we can only invite the guests named on your invitation. If you are unsure whether your invitation includes a plus-one, please ask us.

Question 5

Food & Drink

We will provide breakfast for guests throughout the weekend, pizzas on Friday evening, dinner on Saturday and a light lunch on Sunday.At other times, guests can arrange their own meals at the Borgo’s on-site restaurant. We will share further information about opening times and reservations closer to the wedding.If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, just let us know when you RSVP so we can pass that along to the caterers.

Photos & Videos

We would love to see the weekend through your eyes. We will provide a shared album where you can upload any photos and videos you take during the celebrations. We will share the link and QR code with everyone closer to the wedding.We kindly ask that you leave your phones tucked away during the ceremony itself.

Exploring Tuscany

If you’re thinking about turning the trip into a bit of a summer holiday, Tuscany is an incredible place to do it. The villa sits just outside Siena, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and quiet hilltop towns.There’s plenty to see nearby if you want to explore. Siena itself is beautiful and easy to spend a day wandering around. The Chianti wine region is on the doorstep, with vineyards and farmhouses dotted through the hills, and places like San Gimignano, Pienza and Montepulciano are all within easy reach for a day trip.For anyone thinking of going further afield, Florence is about an hour away and makes a great city stop before or after the weekend.
